Editorial Responsibilities

The editor of the journal has complete responsibility and authority to accept a submitted paper for publication or to reject it. The editor and the editorial staff do not disclose any information about a manuscript under consideration to anyone other than reviewers and potential reviewers. He / She treats a manuscript sent for review as a confidential document. Unpublished information, arguments or interpretations disclosed in a submitted manuscript is not used in an editor's own research except with the consent of the author. He / She judges objectively the quality of the research reported and respect the intellectual independence of the authors. He / She explain and support the reviews in such a way that may be understood on the basis of their comments.
